iGolf KZN offers a simulated PGA Championship competition where golf enthusiasts can put their skills to the test. While it may not be the real thing, it’s still a great opportunity to challenge yourself and see how you fare against others. The competition is designed to simulate the conditions of a professional golf tournament, with challenging courses, varying weather conditions, and other factors that can affect your gameplay.
Participating in a simulated PGA Championship can help you identify your strengths and weaknesses as a golfer, allowing you to focus on improving specific aspects of your game. It can also be a great way to push yourself to improve and take your golf skills to the next level.

The entry fee for the VR Simulation Golf PGA Championship is R500 per person,
which entitles you to three (3) 2-hour rounds.

Championship Terms & Conditions
- Cost: The entry fee for the VR Simulation Golf Championship is R500 per person, which entitles you to three (3) rounds of 18 holes, to be played on the predetermined championship course. A 2-hour session will be allowed per round if playing alone. If playing as a group, 1.5 hours per championship player will be allowed and 1 hour per non championship player.
- Booking: All bookings must be made online through our website. Payment of the entry fee must be made at the time of booking.
- Course: All sessions must be played on the pre-determined course selected by the tournament organizers. No other courses or settings will be allowed.
- Deadline: All rounds must be booked and played by May 23, 2023. Failure to play all three (3) round by this date will result in disqualification from the championship.
- Top Players: The four (4) players with the lowest cumulative scores from their three (3) rounds will qualify to play in a head to head final to compete for prizes on May 26, 2023. Should a top 4 player not be available to play in the final, the 5 th ranked player will be promoted and so on. The organizers reserve the right to change the date of the final if necessary.
- Handicaps: There will be no adjusting for handicaps in this championship. All players will compete on strict stroke play, and the scores will be based solely on the number of strokes taken.
- Putting: Putting will be turned to “auto”, once the ball lands on the green, the simulator will determine the number of putts to be added, based on distance from the hole and the parameters set by the championship organizers.
- Participation: By entering the VR Simulation Golf Championship, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Liability: The organizers of the championship accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the championship.
- Disqualification: The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any player who violates these terms and conditions or engages in unsportsmanlike behavior during the championship.
- Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top four (4) players in the final round of the championship. There may also be selected “hole in one” prizes on selected holes for the first selected number of players to achieve the hole in one. There may also be lucky draw and / or raffle prizes. The exact prizes will be announced before the final round. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
